Hugo Interview

Today Tiffany posted an interview with her seven year old. Here's Hugo's version.

Hugo, what did you have for lunch today?
Rice with pickle sprinkles, carrots, cucumber, mikan, karaage.

Where do babies come from?
Um, their mom's womb. I mean, their mom's egg case or whatever they're called.

What do you like best about your parents?
Everything.

If you could drive the car tonight, where would you go? (If we had a car)
Hiroshima.

What’s the best part about being a kid?
That you don't get hearing problems or breathing problems and then you don't have to walk with a cane like an old man.

What’s the best part about being an adult?
That you can do anything with yourself.

What’s the best part about being a younger brother?
Well, you know what, I don't really have the best part. My best part is that I can whack people in the butt without even getting yelled at, and then I can run away from Max.

What do you like about your friends?
That they like soccer and I like soccer. And that we play together, and that I get to go over to their house.

Name the three greatest inventions:
The new Shinkansen. The Lego factory. And the nerf gun company. Wait, can I do four? And the beyblade factory.

What do you like about girls?
Some things; I don't know how to explain them.

What’s the worst part about first grade?
Nothing.

What does it mean to be happy?
That you're really happy about someone . Like you're not red in the face. You're not blue in the face. You're neither green nor yellow.

If you were going to write a poem, what would it be about?
About Mr. *** Beeeeep! **

When will you get a job?
When I am 18 exactly.

Describe a perfect meal:
Oh yeah. It's udon, yakisoba, sushi, that yakiniku stuff....and macaroni, and yakitori.

What’s the worst feeling in the world?
Mad and unhappy. Wait, no. Ill, mad, and sad.

Are you a republican or a democrat?
A democrat.

What’s the best use of five minutes?
To whack your brother's butt 15 times.

What’s life all about?
Whacking your brother's butt.
